Production Stages
EXTRUSION
We are using blown technology in our extrusion machines. We can produce 3-layers LDPE, MDPE and HDPE. Our max width of film in extrusion is 2640mm.
GRAPHIC & REPRODUCTION
AKM, together with its experienced and graphic team, have been following the technology and sign on over crossed designs.
CLICHE PRODUCTION
AKM give advantages to the clients by having its own cliche house. Since 2013 HD NX which provides high degradated designes by use of high-tech and makes the flexo printing with high quality.
PRINTING
We have ultimate printing technology with 4 machines which has ability to print up to 10 colors with HD NX cliche and with 1450mm film width & 1250mm length.
LAMINATION
In order to protect the products, to give physical features and visual feature lamination is made without solvent we can do up to 1500mm.
SLITTING
It is the last step of the production fow which rolls are going to be delivered as roll. We deliver the roll products after making proper packing according to the job safety regulations.
BAG MAKING
When the products are bag such as baby diaper with/without handle, hygienic pad, chicken bag, tissue bag, carrier bag) this is the last step of the production.
